Let Partick Flourish

                                               

Let Partick Flourish is a two years project funded by The National Lottery Community Fund Scotland and is a follow on from our Younity project developing further any, beneficial to Partick and Thornwood,  links made previously. Funding needs to be sought and secured for all Let Partick Flourish activities and events and to date thanks to working in partnership with Partick Community growing project and Partick Housing association funding was secured for two free Halloween events for local families to enjoy, thanks again to Let Partick Flourish volunteers!  Further development with Glasgow University sees Dreams and Aspirations group working with University researcher Dr Nic Dickson  on Living with long term mental and physical health conditions.

A much appreciated donation from Partick Housing Association enables a pilot 4 weeks Cost of Living support group to star up and working in partnership with Behind the Scenes volunteers group they secured funding to support this year’s Festive Food Boxes out to over 100 low income families and individuals struggling financially to provide some festive cheer.
