SPRING Social Prescribing Project
SPRING Social Prescribing is a partnership between Scottish Communities for Health and Wellbeing and the Northern Ireland Healthy Living Centre Alliance, Ffunded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
SPRING Social Prescribers work with people referred to them by Primary Health Care professionals. They then work in partnership with those people to create and support personal pathways to health, through options including social interaction, physical exercise, holistic therapy, creative activity and other community-based opportunities.
The Annexe social prescribers are: Louise Taylor and Marie Cairns. Both strive to engage with individuals who are keen to improve and progress their health and wellbeing development."
