Stronger Together - A Partick Community Project
Stronger Together – A Partick Community Project is a five-year project funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, supporting local residents with the challenges of the rising cost of living.
The project provides a range of free activities and support including food provision, cooking on a budget sessions and financial inclusion support. These activities aim to reduce financial pressure, improve wellbeing and create opportunities for local people to build positive relationships and feel more connected to their community.
The project is supported by local volunteers who will help deliver activities, share their skills and provide peer support. Stronger Together has been shaped by the views of local residents and will continue to respond to the needs of the Partick community throughout the five-year project.
The project will provide a welcoming space where people can access practical support, learn new skills and meet others in their local community. By working together with local residents and volunteers, we hope to build a stronger, more connected and supportive Partick.
