Annexe Wellbeing

Health and wellbeing are at the heart of Annexe Communities’ philosophy for creating better local lifestyles.

We offer a rich and varied mixture of indoor and outdoor activities, classes and therapies. If you want to get healthier, we have lots of options for you.

  • Health walks: We run two weekly one-hour health walks from our centre in Partick. Details.
  • Nutrition and healthy eating courses. Healthy eating doesn’t need to be expensive, difficult or tasteless. Read all about our exciting courses.
  • Stress management: Our trained staff deliver complementary therapies to help you relax. They are available for individuals, groups and commercial organisations. You’ll find more information HERE.
  • Exercise classes: We run exercise classes in Line Dancing, Yoga, Circle Dancing, Zumba, Jazz Dance, Dancing, and Shoto Bodo (gentle martial art),
  • Healthy living promotion, information and advice. Read more.
  • Annexe Connects: A comprehensive range of courses, activities and one-to-one support to help older people get out and about, meet friends and reduce isolation.
