Health and Well-being Day

82 people and a pigeon turned up and took part in the Annexe Health and Wellbeing Day last Friday, lots of new faces with fresh input and some new ideas. Lovely to see everyone mixing with each other, trying out different activities, making things, chatting, meeting up with old and new friends. One person said that they met up again with a friend that they had lost touch with over 20 years ago!
